What rest means
Short one today True Believers:
What does rest mean..to you.
Is it sleep, is it brain dead via TV or other diversions.
Is it the quiet of a walk in the woods.
I will propose this question to help you reflect on what rest means to you.
How do you feel after you have applied your version of rest?
